By using Baniyagiri (the app), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. The service
Baniyagiri is a tool for tracking and splitting personal expenses among individuals and groups. It is provided as-is, with no warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
2. Your account
You sign in with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping that account secure. Do not share credentials and do not use someone else's account without their permission.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for anything illegal
- Attempt to access other users' data or accounts
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attack the service
- Upload malware, illegal content, or material you do not have rights to
We may suspend or terminate access if you do any of these.
4. Your data
You own the expense data you put into the app. We process it on your behalf to operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy. You can export or delete your data at any time.
5. Service availability
We aim for the app to be available, but we do not guarantee uptime or freedom from bugs. We may change, pause, or shut down the service at any time, with reasonable notice when practical.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Baniyagiri is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including data loss, financial disagreements, or missed payments.
7. Changes
We may update these terms. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the app after that means you accept the changes.
